How To Pay with E-Checks
E-Checks or E-Debits are an easy and cost-effective way to process Kratom payments. Instead of using a paper check you will fill out your information on a secure webpage after you place your order on our website.
Step 1: Select the E-Check Payment method at checkout
Step 2: When you are ready you can select the E-Check button which will open a new tab and take you to the blank E-Check webpage. The E-Check button will still be available after you place your order.
Step 3: When you get to the E-Check webpage fill out all information required including the one time payment amount and your order number in the debit memo
Please Note: You will need your Routing Number and Account Number which can be found on your checks. If you have a online bank account or a mobile banking app you should be able to find this information on there if you do not have any checks.
Last Step: Lastly you will need to agree to the transaction terms, digitally sign the E-Check, and submit the payment.
Shipping Info: For new customers once we receive the payment which typically takes one business day we will ship out your order. For repeat customers we will ship out your order the same day if you place it before 2 PM EST.
Please Note: For same day shipping orders that are 1 Kilo and above of a single strain may take an extra day to process. We take your safety seriously so we pasteurize all of our Kratom products before they are sent to customers. Unfortunately it is a lengthy process with Kratom so their can be a 1 day shipping delay on your order.
