We offer a no-questions-asked return policy on unopened products – your choice of a refund or credit once we receive the return. Just contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the products. If you’re returning due to an error on our end, we’ll pay for the return shipping. Note that we are not responsible for any shipments lost or damaged in transit by USPS. If you are unhappy with the product and you already opened it, we can refund you 50% of the order. We will pay for the return shipping and you will be refunded once we receive the product. If you already used over 50% of the product you will be disqualified from a partial refund.
